Hotel with Teenagers

Looking to book a weeks holiday end of Aug next year with tweens.. We normally do a self catering place with separate rooms but I’d like to do a hotel with at least breakfast included to make it feel like more of a holiday for me. Do 2 bedroom hotel rooms exist, or am I looking for 2 rooms so they don’t have to share a sofa bed with us on main bed all in one room? I don’t think we can do one room now for 4 of us even though there do seem to be options.

Also if anyone has any reccos for somewhere beachy end of Aug that is hot but not unbearable, would love to hear! I was thinking of Turkey but heard it is so uncomfortably hot at that time that not pleasant. Somewhere with a water park nearby would be an added bonus! Thank you.

How old are the teens?

We started booking two standard rooms when DD was 15 and it worked really well, she is sensible for this.

Some hotels do 2-bedroom set-ups which don't include a sofa bed but we found that 2 standard beds are actually cheaper.

We stayed in the connecting rooms at Amadria Park Jure www.amadriapark.com/room/connected-double-or-twin-rooms-44m%c2%b2-courtyard-garden-view-with-french-balconies/ which is just a few minutes walk from a waterpark

Tenerife has a lot of 2 bed aparthotels, I'm pretty sure the Sunset brand do if you google them. Or the Iberostar Anthelia has connecting rooms, but you may not find them if you're looking at package holidays.

We are staying here in December

Canaries often have a breeze, so not unbearable in Summer. Siam Park(one of the biggest water parks in europe, is about 2 miles away. We are staying in a 2 bedroom family room. I think the options were Half board or A.I with Jet 2. There are plenty of other apartment complexes nearby that do self catering and most likely bed and breakfast too though.
