Which part of Lanzarote for couples

Looking to book for 3/4nights for hubby and I, it'll be our first visit, any recommendations are welcome please 🙂

We don't drink alcohol and not into clubs. Nice resort to chill by the beach, possibly walk around in town/markets and then some nice restaurants to have a meal in the evenings would be great.

Thank you!

Playa blanca by the Rubicon Marina. It’s perfect

We go to Lanzarote every winter and have been many times since the 1980s.
I agree that Playa Blanca is nice, though the beaches are quite small.
Puerto Del Carmen is busier and has some amazing restaurants. Long promenade for walking and you can carry on walking in either direction for miles.
It does have more nightlife but if you don't want it it's not in your face.
The other main resort is Costa Teguise which I haven't been to.
What time of year and do you want self catering or hotel?

Hubby and I have been going most years for nearly 20 years and Costa Teguise is definitely our favourite. Quite but nice centre for restaurants and bars and also some great restaurants on the outskirts.
We hire a car every time, saves on taxi queues at the airport and it’s an easy drive on the island.

Agree with this. I'm not that keen on the main town of Playa Blanca but the are where the Rubicon Marina is, is lovely!

I also really like Calero- small town on the coast - lovely restaurants.

Matagorda. Lots of nice restaurants and pedestrianised promenade to walk along. Close to the airport which would matter if I was going for your duration.

Thank you everyone. Seems like all of the recommended places are a win win! X
