Why can't I get a Thailand quote?

Every online travel agent I try to get a quote for Thailand says they have "no available dates" etc...

They have every other country there from Egypt to Brazil but why no Thailand?

Why is it so hard to get a price for Thailand? Is it a dangerous country? DH seems to think so.

What are you looking for? We spent time in Thailand en route to Oz last year (DH and I plus three kids) and got the best prices by searching for the different bits online and booking direct. Try Thai airways for flights to Bangkok - I'm pretty sure they do the full holiday thing as well. Avoid BA if you can - they are crap long haul unless you can afford business class.

There have been some problems in the South of Thailand in recent years so best avoided. Apart from that it's a safe country to travel in.
