Centralish Berlin hotel recommendations?

We've decided to go to a hotel for our short break in Berlin, rather than Air BnB. We don't want anything fancy (gym/pool/spa) but it must have a good breakfast! Any suggestions very welcome, thank you.

We really enjoy Amano East. Right across from Ostbanhof so easy to get from airport and also walkable to other areas.

Scandic Berlin Potsdamer Platz had a great breakfast, inc pancakes at the weekend!

Potsdamer Platz Marriott had a fabulous breakfast when we were there a few years ago.

Hotel Indigo is just down from Alexanderplatz and walkable o everything. Nice bar and restaurant too.

We recently stayed at the Ibis Hauptbahnhof. Breakfast was great. Not central central but also next to Ubahn line that seemed to be within 3 stops of everywhere, plus buses and trams. I would definitely stay there again.
