Reccomdations for short solo breaks

Looking for up to a week away at some kind of retreat )not punishing schedule more relaxed yoga/free time ideally in the next few weeks. Anyone have any suggestions?

Vasia Sea Retreat is in a little Greek fishing village on Crete. It’s not too hard core - we could eat and drink normal food and alcohol and had plenty of time to do other activities like walking and reading.
