5 nights abroad inspiration

Can someone help please, we’re two indecisive women in our late 30’s who want to go on a last minute holiday, leaving in about 10 days. In an ideal world:
From Heathrow, short transfer, max 4h flight, nice, clean hotel with decent food and a pool, near a beach. We can’t decide if we mostly want to chill by the pool/ beach or be out discovering the surroundings most of the day so I think we’ll need a decent hotel in case we will spend a lot of time there.. We like hiking, good food, cosy cafés, wine and some time to chill on the beach.
We thought about Corsica, Tenerife or Montenegro but can’t find great flights so I think they’re ruled out. Majorca is a contender but it seems a bit too expensive if you want a half decent hotel.. We are not too keen on big cities either.. Please give me some suggestions! I’m driving everyone and myself nuts with my indecisiveness..

I'd look at Palma, there's some nice adults only
Hotels. Look at the fergus group.

Nice? Plenty to explore and easy to get the train up and down the coast. Plenty of day trips to take.

Split in Croatia. Just stunning... but check the long range weather forecast for Europe first.

Thank you everyone. We’ve gone back to our original plan 🤪 and we are going to Montenegro. Flights aren’t the best but it looks like a really interesting country!
