Maui? Best route?

Can anyone advise on the best way to get to Maui? Any airlines you have used? From the UK. Thanks.

Maui is amazing, we used to fly BA Heathrow-LA then LA - Maui on an internal American flight.

Its a long journey so you may want to break it up with a stay in LA. Years ago you could go via San Francisco but I’m not sure if that route still operates.
