Hello everyone, I booked a 2 days short stay for a family of 6 at AT costing approx. £1400. We were due to arrive today.
Unfortunately my teenage son had a seizure late last night and had to be admitted in hospital. He’s currently being treated and observed. They haven’t said when we will be discharged.
I contacted Alton Towers this morning to explain the situation and was quite surprised they outrightly refused to do anything till I insisted on speaking to a manager.
The manager didn’t offer much hope but said she’ll contact the hotel to see if the dates can be moved. Still waiting for her call though.
I’ll be grateful if anyone has any suggestions on what to do please. Thanks in advance.
