AI with separate bedroom/partition Summer 2025

We have just had a fantastic holiday at Kerkyra Blue in Corfu. We have a primary aged child and they had a sleeping area (in an actual bed) that was separated by a sliding door, I think this was a “standard” room

Would anyone have any other AI recommendations that they loved with separate sleeping areas that also have great food options such as different “A La Carte” within the complex (not chips on repeat). Kids club is a must as is different pool options. Modern, clean aesthetic. Not pumping music all day. Not after a huge canteen style experience or a hotel where everyone runs to put towels on beds. Bonus points if the sunbeds have mattresses

We have been to Ikos previously and love the brand but can’t afford or justify the cost during summer holiday, which we are now tied to.

Around £7k (for 2 weeks) Greece/Cyprus would even consider long haul; Mexico/Costa Rica

We had a family room which has a separate bedroom. The bathroom is in between both rooms so you don't have to walk through, disturbing each other in the night.
Ticks most of your boxes. A La carte restaurant, snack bar serving gyros etc or buffet restaurant. The buffet is mainly Greek food but very well presented and cooked beautifully. Not great for fussy eaters or those that like 'brits abroad' type food though!
No music around the pool, few activities in general which might be a downside for some. Has a quiet holiday village feel rather than a busy hotel. If I had to be picky, whilst the hotel in general is really modern and attractive, the bedrooms are slightly dated but that doesn't really bother us.
There's a kids club but haven't tried it as mine don't like that sort of thing,

Grecotel Marine Palace in Crete

We stayed at the Grecotel white palace in Crete earlier in the year and we had this set up in our room (prestige sea view bungalow) not sure if this was the same in all rooms. We’ve booked to go back next year we loved it so much! Food was incredible, buffet with different themes, Asian, Greek and Italian al a carte (and adults only fine dining if you pay for a babysitter) as well as their farm up in the hills, where you do a farm tour and then have the most amazing 10 course meal. Kids club was really good, two big main pools, massive kids pool and our room type also had access to a shared pool between 10 rooms and a gorgeous sea view garden.
