Feeling weird few days before holiday

Does anyone find the couple of days before their holiday feels really weird.
We go away on Saturday and I was saying to DH when you get this close it almost feels not real. I think it's because we are working as normal and it's hard to imagine on Sunday we'll be waking up in another country.

for me i end up not sleeping i always think what i have forgotten now hahaha usually have a check list but still worry.Like research if driving have i book marked on google local supermarkets ,places of interest or places to eat.Have i remembered to put all documents in a folder ,are we eating before or at the airport ,the list go's on

Haha yeah we've discussed a gazillion times when we are eating, what time we are setting off for the airport (much earlier than we need to) 😂

Haha yes we're the same. It's exciting planning it all and then you have to keep reminding yourself it's happening as it gets near. Have an amazing holiday
