We have two one just turned 4 and one 6 in June.
Staying in the Animal Kingdom Lodge which is on the site but not close by.
I'm thinking one day by the pool, one day in the theme parks (2 weeks).
My biggest dilema is do I need a pushchair, Phil and Teds is top of the list.
Any other tips/advice would be wonderful too
TIA

Hi
You probably would need a push chair as there is alot of walking and it will be hot. You can hire pushchairs but that can work out quite expensive. You could either take a cheap fold up one or buy one out there. The transport system is great but you do need to get from the bus stations to the park and then walk around all day.
My other tip is to make sure you have a good idea what you want to do each day. Get to the parks early. Avoid going to the park with the early opening hours as everyone and their wife goes on those days.
Be aware that the animal kingdom park does not have straws - worth taking a lidded cup for the younger one to avoid mess.
Make reservations if you want to have sit down meals to avoid disappointment.
Character meals are great to meet characters without having to stand in lines.

we're going in August and staying in the swan.

I think it depends when you are going as to what you do. We have bought 14 day passes and will probably spend mornings in the parks and afternoons by the pool as it gets unbearably hot in the afternoons plus walking around all day can be very tiring. As you are on disney property you can then also go back to the parks in the evenings if you so choose.

Tbh no I wouldn't take a buggy, but then my 5 yo ds walks everywhere and would have done when he was 4 too. You can always hire a buggy when you're out there to save having to take one which you find you don't use.
