Bluestone cottage or Ramsey lodge recommendations!

Hi,
We are going to Bluestone for the first time in September with our 2 year old.

Been down a rabbit hole of reading and decided on Ramsey or 2 bed cottage. Will either hire electric bikes or a buggy for some of the week. If anyone has stayed recently could you recommend either a cottage or a Ramsey lodge that you loved, also whether they have been refurbished? Some seem to be advertised looking more updated (goodbye horrible shiny sofas).

Thank you so much!!!!

(Looking to put 2 year old on his scooter and balance bike)

I was in a cottage in the Village. We were the last one on the end, by the yellow 12/FAP bits on the map.

It wasn't the most glamorous of places to stay, as it felt very dingy as the lighting wasn't brilliant, but honestly it was fine! You are right in the middle so it's a quite far either way round the resort to get to the swimming pool/play areas, but it is fine with a buggy (I would not want to go without one there). There is a great little village shop in the middle which sells all sorts for a reasonable price, plus a coffee place within a couple of mins walk too.

I haven't stayed in a Ramsey so cannot compare (it was our first stay) but I was happy enough and wasn't expecting anything luxurious anyway!

Only annoying thing about where we were located was that as we were at the end, we had quite a lot of people walking past the front of the cottage at times, but it wasn't a lot anyway.

Thanks so much! That is so helpful! Worth getting a buggy then! Did your cottage have the nice bunkbeds?
