I want a week in the sun in late June with DH and 20 month old DD. Any tips for who to book with? Where to go?

we went two years in a row with First Choice to Viva Menorca in Cala n Bosch

Cant recommend Cala n Bosch highly enough, great family friendly resort, no macdonals or burger king in sight, lovely restaurants and a nice marina to walk round in the evening. Restaurants cater for children really well, as do the little bars that are dotted around

Defo an apartment or villa is preferable to a hotel as you have so much more freedom. You don't have to worry about noise levels so much and bedrooms are separate so you don't have to sit in the dark when the kids are asleep! We usually book a cottage or villa privately, there are quite a few websites for this and we've never been disappointed. Obviously if you're in a private villa you probably won't get to meet anyone, but that's a plus point for us! Have a look on babygoes2 website as well, they have hotels/apartments that are child friendly with loads of facilities. Haven't been to menorca so can't recommend anywhere in particular.
