I’m looking into booking a three night trip to Lapland this year. It’s looking expensive, just checked out Canterbury travel and it comes in at £4.5k but includes everything. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations or advice? I’m not sure I I’ll trust myself doing it DIY first time. Excited nevertheless 😊 2 adults 1 child

No advice but if you did want to try DIY, there are a few Facebook groups to help with planning. Basically book Ryanair flights then an Airbnb and self cater. You can pick up cheap snow gear in Aldi/Lidl or on Vinted. Hopefully someone else will be along to advise on actually booking, we've looked but not taken the plunge yet!

We went to Ruka with TUI in 2022 and it was fantastic. I was a little apprehensive as I think they struggled to get everything organised and up and running the first year after Covid so the reviews weren't great, but it was honestly brilliant. Couldn't fault them.
I have to say 4.5k isn't a bad price though. We paid about 3k but added some longer excursions on so probably came to similar in the end.
