Okay on a tight budget, want to go on Eurostar for 2 or 3 nights.

Travel Sat or Sun and return Tues. Can't seem to find a package that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Help!

I am going September but Monday to THursday from Ashford direct to Disney, staying on site (santa fe) and for 4 of us (dd1 will be 4 (her bday present) and dd2 will be 20 months) Eurostar was £186 ( at child prices1!!) and hotel/disney tickets was £392

I booked thorugh another mumsnetter who works in travel agent

Meant to elaborate on Eurostar adult was around £68 return each and child was £57 return, any children under 4 travel free (so annoying as dd1 is 4 just before we go) and there are only 2 trains direct to and from disney, so we go around 9.30am and get there at 12.30 (French time so 11.30 english time) but the only return train is 7.30pm (eeeek going to be a nightmare with tired kids) the only alternative was to stop at Lille and chane trains but few friends have done this and advised not to do it

thanks! i'm stunned by the expense. we could have a week in spain for the same!

current option to go on a 3 night deal to paris incl hotel and take a day trip to disney.

That was DH's thought as well , however as its dd1 4th birthday present, my Nan has kindly given us some money towards it and thankfully I have a nice bonus coming this month from work. The other threads I have read it seems staying outside of disney is alot cheaper!

well, i've knocked it all on the head as being just too hard and too expensive!

how rubbish am I?

off to camber sands for a long weekend instead

hope you have a fabulous time, am sure it will be worth the late journey home!
