Vegetarian AI

I've got a big birthday next year and I think id ike to go to an AI to have a genuine break.

We normally go camping in UK/ Europe but obviously here is still lots of cooking and cleaning involved! We love it but I think id like something different for the big birthday.

I have 3 young kids! But will probably take them out of school in September/ October for this

My only worry is that the adults are vegetarian, I don't expect gourmet food but at least something more than chips. Nice pasta and pizza is fine

Any suggestions? Before anyone suggests it we can't afford IKOS!

To be honest most I have been to have had enough choice. Turkey is always good.

Thanks! Can you name some you've been to?

RUI hotels always have great vegetarian selection. I just got back from the Rui Funana in Cape Verde, lots of lovely cold salad bits, cheese, vegi pizza/pasta then I would say about 12 trays of vegetarian options.

6 different RUI hotels between the 2 islands, I would recommend either the Palace in Sal or the Karamboa or Palace in Boa Vista.

I stayed in an Iberostar Selection in Lanzarote. There was a dedicated vegetarian section, a vegan section, a gluten free section. Always a number of options which is by no means common.
I'm not vegetarian but take an interest as adultDC is.

I would also recommend Iberostar - particularly the Selection hotels.
