Great excursions from an AI

Looking for a destination with an AI with great food and 3 or 4 nice excursions to break up a fortnight in August. Bonus if coastal and Spanish speaking.

Any ideas? Happy to consider anywhere with fab excursions!

Price range of Riu, Dreams, Pestana etc...(Ikos and Sani too expensive).

Some initial thoughts - in Spain I think the Iberostar Selection resorts might fit the bill

Iberostar Selection Andalucia Playa - could do Cadiz, Jerez, Seville, Tarifa, lots of beaches / the national parks.

Iberostar Selection Jardin del Sol / Playa de Muro (Majorca) - could do Palma, Soller, trip over to Sa Dragonera, various caves, water parks etc.

Iberostar Selection Lanzarote park - volcanoes / national park, day trip to Fuertrventura, Museo Atlantico, caves, Haria
