Hi can anyone recommend any good holiday let companies in the USA please

I think it depends where you are going. Often the best rentals are related to an area agent. However, VRBO is pretty good.

I second/third VRBO. We travel to the US fairly frequently and when we go as a family (as opposed to just DH & myself) we always rent a house through VRBO. Never had a problem. You do need to weed through some grotty places as some of the stuff advertised is not great, but it’s a reputable site with a wide range of properties. It helps to have some idea of the area you want to stay in so you can narrow your search a little

We have used Weneedavacation on Cape Cod and also used private cabin companies round lakes etc, nice but reasonable querky motels with kitchens/ kitchenette looking at reviews online.
