Turkey with family

Hi, considering Turkey for a family holiday, (2 adults, 14 & 10 yo). Never been before, usually do Canaries/Balearics.
Which areas/resorts would be best?
Usually do 4* AI, on site waterpark (or close to one to visit), close to beach, bit of activity for the kids so they aren't bored, some stuff to do for a couple of trips out but will probably mostly stay near the hotel. Not too busy with partying but also not completely boring and isolated!
Any tips or things to consider before we book something?

Went to the Cornelia Diamond (or something like that) in Belek and it was excellent. Food, activities, accommodation, everything.

I went to Julian Club in Marmaris last year, fantastic food and a travel agent next dorr that arranged loads of trips for us. We did a pirate boat tour on the Aegean sea, a day trip to Rhodes and a jeep safari. There is also a water park but we didn't visit that.
