Camping along Ohrid lake

Has anyone visited some of the campsites along the Ohrid lake in North Macedonia?Planning to go there this summer.. currently making our itinerary what to see and visit in the Balkans...

Not done camping but have visited the area, if that's ok any help.

Have done a fair amount of travel around the Balkans by British standards generally too.

What would you like to know?

What are the prices in general?Is the lake water clean?

Lake water looks clean. Especially at the spring by St Neum. It's over 3m deep at the spring its deepest but you can see the bottom. (You can't swim at the spring). It looks clean at Ohrid too. (But I wouldn't be drinking it!). See photo which gives you a fairly good idea. Taken in Ohrid itself.

Prices in general. Depends on where you go for food, but generally speaking eating out is more expensive than I thought it would be. A decent meal for three roughly clocked in at £50. Two Pizzas, a beer and two soft drinks came in at £20 at a beach front restaurant. You can do it cheaper (depending on what you eat and where). Supermarkets are arguably similarly pricey to the UK. Maybe slightly less.

Don't expect it to be dirt cheap!

Wouldn't agree with that tbh. Depends on what it is.
