Hi all
Long story short, I’m due a return of my Amex points by BA but they are saying I need to provide a membership number starting 1M which is 9 digits long. Amex have given me a 12 digit number that does not start with 1M. When I’ve provided this, BA have come back to say Amex need the account number starting 1M! I’m losing my mind. Anyone else experienced this and if so how did you sort it?
