First holiday with children

Think I'm going to bite the bullet and book first abroad holiday we have a 2 and a 3 year old. Don't worry about them too much on the plane but want a short flight as obviously it's not fun sitting still for hours for anyone.
Thinking Spain or Portugal
I have been looking online loads but haven't found 'the one' yet
Would like all inclusive 5 star , great splash park, on the beach, short TF and different room options so we aren't all sleeping in one / on a sofa bed.
Any links would be so appreciated plus any tips for first time with kids :)

Have a look at Ikos or Sani. Or, a bit cheaper, have a look at TUI's all inclusive options - they've all got TripAdvisor reviews on them so you can see ratings. Many also have family-style rooms.
