Lisbon with teenagers

Hello,
Would be grateful for recommendations for things to see and do in Lisbon.
I have booked a walking tour and we plan a trip to monastery to Belem.
Any suggestions for things the teens would enjoy plus any vegan places to eat would be very appreciated.

Absolutely loads to do in Lisbon! Great places for brunch if you like that kind of thing, you can do day trip to Cascais and Estoril by train for the beach and little towns, day trip to Sintra to see the palaces (I booked a private tour on Airbnb to escape the queues and buses), Belem for the egg tarts. Go to the Time Out foodhall. Get ice cream at Santini's - amazing flavours and you can get 2 or 3 flavours in a tub or cone. We went nearly every day we were there!
Lisbon seemed quite vegan friendly as well so you should be ok there. Have a fab time!!

We are only there for 3 full days. Travelling in and out the other 2 days.
Is sintra still doable in a day from Lisbon or should we just do Lisbon only?
