Ryanair taking forever to pay compensation

Hello,
ryanair approved my compensation due to a delayed flight back in February.
the email said I would be paid in 10 business days.
when I didn’t get the money, a chat agent said it would be 14 business days.
when I didn’t get the money, another agent said it would be 21 business days.
that was last Friday and still haven’t received money in my Account.
I tried to call but the automated menu for claims directed me to their website.
I was wondering if anyone has had a claim approved and if so, how long it took to get paid.
thanks a lot!

You do need to be persistent. I have had to go through ADR on occasion, which I would not recommend particularly because they are not impartial. My record for
Ryanair refund for cancelled flights is 17 months. They are shocking!

I think they may be tryig to push your claim beyond the set boundaries.

If you paid by credit card claim through them and they should reimburse you and will take the money from the company.

I think...

Wow, I will definitely persist.
I spent months last year chasing up WizzAir and eventually got my compensation.
I was shocked they approved it so fast, but it seems that doesn’t mean they’re happy to part with their money…

The claim has been approved. It’s compensation under the EU rule for a delayed flight which they’ve admitted was their fault.
