Has anyone used destination2 to book any flights or hotels?

Are they legit? Any problems?

It's showing as 1/2 the price compared to booking directly with the hotel.

I’ve used it twice for booking hotels. No problems at all. Not sure why their prices sometimes come up so much cheaper than other websites!

We used Destination2 for the Maldives. It was a couple of years ago but i think we got theconfirmation immediately too.

1st time amazing deal and fantastic holiday.
2nd time COVID thwarted our plans. I was questioning their legitimacy then as poor communication, but not too long after I got the full refund. In retrospect, for a smallish company and unprecedented situation, they handled it well.
I tried to use them again last year - the sales guy spent a lot of time tweaking the flights and hotels to get us what we wanted, and phoned back last moment I was about to pay because he spotted something he knew may ruin our plans which I would never have spotted. He could have kept quiet and made a sale, but chose not to - I was very thankful.
I'll be happy to use them again when an opportunity arises.

Destination2’s web page is very misleading leading! The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced with a holiday company, staff are very unhelpful, unprofessional & rude!! Your company have not offered to help in anyway way any issues we have with my booking! Just take the money & have not offered to help or assist in anyway! As I can prove! I have I wished I had done my research before booking! There is a Facebook group called Destination2 complaints I strongly advise you to go & join before considering booking with Destination2.
