Any recommendations Barcelona hotels?

Trying to find a reasonable centrally located hire/apartment for family if 4. For a city break. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hotel Catalonia Gran Vía BCN was good for our family trip. The family rooms were large and it’s right next to the stop for the airport shuttle.

Catedral Bas appartments are lovely with a small roof top pool. https://www.aspasios.com/apartments-barcelona/catedral-bas-apartments In a quiet street close to Plaza D'Espana.

I am really not keen on casteldefels. Beach is meh and the town is a working town. Not very picturesque at all. If you were going to travel into Barcelona I would suggest Sitges. Very pretty.
