Solo holiday in march

Big birthday in feb and have a weeks leave in march. Id love to try a solo holiday but where? I would like more of a challenge or retreat type thing rather than all inclusive beach. But wouldnt say no to some sun and swimming.

I've been alone to Egypt, Antigua, Seychelles, Sri Lanka and MALTA. Egypt was a bit hassling but the other ones were fine.

Following, as I am looking at a solo holiday in March. I’d love to be able to some
lovely safe sea swimming but don’t think my budget would get me somewhere warm enough.

budget £1500 max.

Not bothered about All Inclusive, but full/half board or self catering would be fine.
