We are 3 Mums with 5 kids between us. Two age 6 and three age 10. We would like to share accommodation so ideally need 4 bedrooms maybe on a working farm. A pool would be a bonus. We would like to go the first May bank holiday weekend.

Ideas please. Thanks.

Family friends of my mums run holiday cottages in Suffolk just like you describe. I will go and see if I can hunt down a link to their place/places like theirs.

this is it

Used to go and stay with them when I was a child, before they had the cottages (when they were still working farm buildings). The owners had 4 children and now have many grandchildren, so you know that you will be understood! I'm pretty sure that their farm is no longer a working farm, but the land all around is.

SHR - If you don't know the area (assume you are not local, otherwise why would you be having a long-weekend there!), there are some very lovely villages nearby. Dedham is beautiful, and the craft centre there sells my wonderful hand-made cards (plug plug)
