Hi, I am traveling abroad with my daughter for Xmas, my husband cannot travel at the same time as he has work commitments and will be travelling to join us a few days later. Do you know if I will be asked to show any kind of permit from my husband when leaving the UK where he authorises me to take my daughter abroad ? I did not take my husband surname when we got married but my daughter's passport shows both my husband's and my surname as hers. Appreciate your advise if you had travelled abroad with a child and 1 parent only.
