Suggestions for solo November break?

I usually travel to the Canary Islands during the winter but I fancy somewhere different mid/end November. Preferably somewhere with a less than 4 hour flight.

I'd like to be able to sit out and walk about in warm but not baking hot weather (around 20/22°c). I'll be travelling alone and would like a hotel with shops etc within easy walking distance.

Any ideas please?

Seville, if you don’t mind no beaches!

I’m going to Venice solo in ten days.

I've just been to Malaga with my teenage daughter for 3 nights - booked through easyJet holidays. Stayed in the old town in Exe Malaga museos hotel, which was perfect. Lovely few days.

Anywhere mainland Europe will be colder than you want in mid/end November. Southern spain will be definitely warmer than here but not 20/22.

Marrakech would fit the bill weather wise but maybe not the ideal place to go alone as there’s a lot of hassle reported. (Not had it personally but seen reported on MN).

Cape Verde works temp wise, not sure on flight time.

Cyprus and Malta should be about right, I think those are your best bets. Possibly Madeira?

I'll look into Seville and Malaga, thank you.

I've been to Venice, Cyprus and Madeira. Not sure I fancy Morocco and Cape Verde is a longer flight that the Canaries.

I love being by the sea but I don't fancy a typical beach holiday this time. As I said, warm enough to sit outside and walk about without getting soaked would be ideal.

Never thought of Malta off season. I'll have a look, thanks. Bit limited as I need to fly from Bristol and some operations are seasonal.

How about the Amalfi coast? We’ve just stayed in Pompei to visit the ruins. It was 25 degrees each day.

Lisbon? Might be a bit cooler than you're looking for though, it's saying averages of 18 in November.

Mallorca is beautiful

Cinque Terre (especially if you like walking)
Malta
Cadiz
Tavira (Portugal)

We are going to benalmadena in November but my sister went solo in December, she stayed in torramelinos. She said the weather was still nice and she enjoyed going out walking each day.

Thank you for the ideas. Lots to explore.
