Shopping in Milan (non-designer!)

Where should I head for nice normal clothes shops in Milan please? I don’t have a designer budget, just for regular shops. Is there a John Lewis style department store too please?

Great mid range shops include Upim and Conbipel.

Corso Vittorio Emanuele II has loads of great shops and do have a browse in La Rinascente for a look at the designer garb.
