Crete agia marina

Hi. Just wondered if anyone has been to Agia marina area in chania, Crete. If so what was it like? Going with 2 kids age 7 and 3.

We have stayed at Platanias which is the next village along away from Chania. No kids with us. Our beach was pebbly, but there was sandy beaches too. The sea was lovely and clear. Lots of tourist facilites, as you would expect. Chania harbour is lovely to sit wuth a drink or bite to eat. Its a bit steep, hilly wise, and the road follows the beach, so if you get somewhere to stay on the beach side of the road, it will be better if your family like beach time.
