We're planning an 8 day trip to Cairo and Luxor with our 7month old in June. He's been on the road before - but never beyond SE Asia.
Any tips - inc where to stay (budget/boutique rather than chains or posh resorts) would be appreciated.
We plan to get the overnight sleeper between Cairo and Luxor. Anyone tried it?
Also what about boat trips and (less appealing) buses?
