Luxury Holiday on a budget !

Help , can anyone suggest/recommend any places to go to in europe - we would like to stay in kid friendly hotel ( 4yr & 1 yr old) by a beach and kids club if poss ! Mark warner/sunsail etc seems too expensive - suggestions for a similar thing but for less !

Despite recent events, Portugal is good. We stopped here. Was lovely and we're going back this year. However we've saved £1,500 by booking accommodation and flights separate and hiring a car. Can't wait. Brilliant, spacious accommodation.
