Neilsons post GCSEs - will there be other teens?

We are considering one of the Neilson resorts next year when our 15yo will have finished his GCSEs. If we go early July, will there be other older teens? Or will we be stuck with pre schoolers!

thanks

Based on what I hear from DD's friends, most aren't on holiday yet but still at home as they have younger siblings.

Also, DD had 2 interviews and 2 taster days at potential 6th forms this month. Depending what your DS wants to do after GCSE, it may clash.

Early July yes, private schools and Scottish schools are out for starters plus these resorts market internationally where holidays differ

Just returned from a Mark Warner (w/c 8 July) and there were absolutely loads of teenagers there. But earlier weeks were much quieter according to staff. Private schools generally break up around 8 July.

Neilson etc don't market internationally though.
We've only been late July and August- tons of teenagers! Lots with younger siblings. Complete mix of schools etc.
I did look at early July and I don't think it differs much price wise from later in the season.

I went a few years ago at the start of the Scottish school holidays and there was a decent group of older teens who I guess had either just done exams, were Scottish or english private schools or bunking
off school.
