Easyjet Summer 2024 release date

I like to get ahead of the game and the release date usually has the best price.

Does anyone have any idea when the flights go on sale? I'm after July 2024.

May half term was very expensive. Bristol to Alicante similar to summer prices and I was on there straight away this morning :(

It’s usually around 9 months in advance- best guess is Oct. That said the most recent release was a bit earlier than before I think, so it may be Sep.

Ryanair are already out and pretty cheap at the moment

@KH25 I've had a quick look and can't see any august ones, which routes are you referring too?

Last year they were released 14th September.

Wanted to return the favour after this thread has helped me out on several previous occasions when I've not received any notifications but today...

I got one from easyJet to say from Tuesday you'll be bale to book flights until 30th September 2025!

Just came on to say the very same thing!

How did you all get on? That was an early release- I set alarm for 6:20 and they were already on sale!

We got a pretty decent deal to Barcelona but only by leaving the evening my kids break up. Son is finishing primary school so I hope he won’t be too upset at being dragged away from the Y6 leavers mid afternoon but the next day would have cost £200 more!

Also had a weird issue where it wouldn’t let me book a cabin bag for the return leg, claiming they were all sold out which can’t possibly be true. It then wouldn’t let me check out with a cabin bag on just the outward leg and threw up an error message so I just had to book a second hold bag instead.

Anyway, that’s my excitement(!)

All booked. Alarm set 6.10am but couldn’t book the flights I wanted until 6.25am. Journey out not that cheap, but flights back from Greece <€100 each in August.

All booked, but absolutely no bargains for me. As usual out on the app much earlier than online.

App was earlier than website, and flights out at 6.20 am. We booked for Innsbruck, which probably isn’t a hot summer destination so the prices haven’t rocketed yet compared to previous years where it went up over £1000 for four of us by the afternoon!

Alarm set and phones at the ready but prices to Cyprus were already astronomical. Already booked accommodation so had no choice. Maybe no such thing as a budget flight during the school holidays.

I don't think there are unfortunately. Also the slightly longer flights like Cyprus and Canaries don't offer the same savings as the shorter two hour options.

I paid £650 each for Lanzarote but I wanted the timings that suited better plus the luggage etc.

@friendlycat I think you are right about the slightly further away ones. We paid a lot for our 2023 Lanzarote flights but got a flight to Croatia for 2024 really cheap.

Island flights are more because you have no other options. For mainland airports there is competition and land travel.

From Tuesday 5th November 2024 you can book flights until 14th December 2025 with easyJet.

Public service announcement: According to the easyjet website flights up until March 2026 will be released at 9am on Tuesday (24 feb). There's a big countdown on the front page of the website - very different from how it's been done in the past!

Ooh, thanks- not sure what I think about this - I preferred the secret MN tip-offs and getting booked before the masses! I wonder if we’ll get put in an annoying virtual queue…?
