I'm awaiting to have an official diagnosis (awaiting test) my GP suspects it's IBD. What do I put on my travel insurance as I've not yet been diagnosed does anyone know?

Do you have an existing travel insurance policy? Have you advised them that you are undergoing tests to see if IBD is present?. They need to know this.
