Adult only resort recommendations please !

Hi everyone after some experienced opinions/recommendations.

Seems simple but my anxiety is triggered by the possibility of booking a resort and it being awful so...

Doesn't need to by adult only, but adult friendly! Looking for All Inclusive, great food, relaxing but with some culture.

Looking to go end of July, Early August...teachers so no flexibility.

Our current ideas are Mexico, Antigua and St Lucia but any similar suggestions !

Budget is ideally under £4000 for 2.

Last year me and dh went to St Georges Hotel and Spa in Cyprus, adult only, all inclusive, on the beach, but best thing EVER was the allocated sun bed system. Game changer. Also has additional restaurants you can eat in (must book) including Asian, Greek, American Diner and Italian. All superb. And the best wine bar also AI.

So good we are going again end July. I also work in education and refuse to go anywhere now my own kids are adults that is full of children.
