Majorca Weather - anyone there now?

Is anyone there now? Is the weather as bad as it looks on the weather apps?
We fly in 2 weeks and I'm so worried it's going to be terrible. It's our first holiday in 4 years and we've spent a lot of money.

Just got back. It did rain most days but not all day and we had several sunny days as well. Bit nippy ar night. All in all it was lovely.

I'm in Mallorca right now. Today we had 26°C beach weather until 2pm, then an hour of intense thunderstorms, then the sun came out again. The nice thing is that even when it rains you don't get cold, it's not like the UK where as soon as the clouds come over you need gloves to hold your umbrella.

A bit of mixed weather is all part of a normal spring in the Mediterranean. But by the time you travel it should be into the solid summer pattern — you can expect 28°C most days, perhaps more.

Remember also that the apps show you the most pessimistic icon for a time period. So for example the app on my Samsung has shown a "rain" icon for daytime every day for the last week. In that time I think it's rained three times - today's downpour and before that two 10-minute showers.

We've been here all week. I was really worried having seen the forecast but it's been much hotter than they predicted. Two cloudy days but still pleasant and two bursts of rain in the whole week.

I don't get this. Wetter.com shows lovely hot weather in Mallorca for the next 7 days 🤷‍♀️

One of my DC's just got back with a great tan. It was warm/hot and mostly sunny with the odd cloud. They facetimed me most days from their sunbed by the pool and it looked lovely to me.

Oh thanks, I've never heard of wetter.com.
All I've heard is about thunderstorms and rain and there are still reports on the ones I've checked for rain this coming week.
Not much I can do about it now anyway!

wetter.com is the most accurate weather site. It's usually always right
