I used them in Glasgow. They were alright. They charge for xtra miles and cleaning the car, but the guy at the carpark at drop did a deal, gave him 20 quid or something, and he didn't charge the miles or the cleaning. So I'd say the cars are ok, but the attendants could be a little dodgy.
