Quiet all inclusive

Probably looking for the Holy Grail here but am on maternity leave for the next year and looking for an all inclusive for me, DH, DS (will be 3) and baby. Can be very flexible with location and month (anywhere between Jan and June).
We really hate huge buffets and loud music. We would like a quiet place where we can relax but where we don't have to cater...
not expensive like Sani - out of our budget sadly.

Any ideas very welcome!

Melia Atlantico in Spain? Quiet if you go in low season, April/May.

Anywhere quiet will be adult only won't it? I can't imagine a place that allows children will be quiet.

Royal Sun resorts in Los Gigantes Tenerife. Its half board but you just charge drinks, snacks etc to your room and pay at the end and they are very reasonable. They also have a shop on site and all rooms have cooking facilities which might be useful for meal prep for baby and toddler even if you eat in the restaurant each night.

The evening entertainment finishes at 10 and then the touristy town is down the hill so it's very quiet.

We are currently on holiday in Puerto Pollensa in Majorca. We're self catering but you'll be able to find an all inc no problem. It's lovely and quiet and not too hot this time of year. We're really enjoying ourselves with a 5 month old baby 😊
