Post GCSE break Greece or similar for single Mum.and son

Hi can anyone recommend anywhere nice ( not too busy and boozy?) for a week away in Greece? Not too expensive . Will just be me and my sporty son and he seems to have his heart set on Greece. I had thought Barcelona or something but he has asked for beach and pool. Any suggestions welcome.

Any of the Neilson resorts would be perfect! Lots of sports or just relaxing, and you will easily find other people to talk to while he's busy. Or do yoga, play tennis, water aerobics, get a massage...

My favourite is Vounaki for its stunning location, but Lesvos is especially brilliant for teens going out safely to the local village in the evenings.

(May be too expensive though - just had a look and prices have increased a fair bit since we last went. But it's all inclusive and a really lovely holiday).

Actually it seems the Aeolian Village in Lesvos is no longer run by Neilson, so no idea what the sports offering is like now.
Vassiliki would be another great one if he enjoys windsurfing! Lovely beach.
