Holiday recommendations for solo holiday with DC please!

Hi, I’m contemplating a solo holiday with DC aged 8 this summer either in the UK or Europe. We both like a bit of activity & have previously enjoyed Neilson holidays. Requirements are kids club so DC can hang out with other kids, pool/beach, spa/wellness would be a bonus, and I’d prefer most if not all meals to be included or at least available on site. Thank you.

I went a few years ago on a solo holiday with them and my daughter was 9. I hadn't long separated from her dad and I was nervous about being on my own with her. Best week EVER! Best thing I ever did.
