Balearics help - short transfer - near beach - various needs!

Can anyone recommend a hotel in Majorca/Menorca/Ibiza that would suit our needs please.

A transfer time of 1-hour max.

DH dislikes heat and crowds, so will def need shade and air con.

DD1 has ASD and needs quiet spaces

DD2 wants pools, easy beach access, a slide or 2

I would like some sea/greenery to look out at (not just concrete), nice poolside cafe/bar, no lounger-grabbing fights, good quality food and drink, but we're def can't afford five star.

Have a look at Tui Blue Tarida Beach. It’s got almost everything on your list of requirements, although the waterslides are rather tame.
