EasyJet - annoying hold baggage situation!

Can anyone let me know if they've found a workaround to this?
Booking some EasyJet flights for a holiday, two adults and two kids. We only need two hold bags. But the default option, which I can't seem to change, is for all four passengers to pay the extra bag charge. It means we'll be charged an extra £110 for hold baggage we won't need.
I've tried again and again to go back to the appropriate hold baggage page, but there isn't an option to delete extra bags - you can only edit the weight.
It's bloody annoying.
Anyone had any success doing this another way?

I've booked the flights with none and then gone in afterwards and added a bag.

Just do two transactions.

Just don't add any bags for anyone.. then later on in the booking process you will have the option to add whatever you need😊

Yeah that’s right. Go through the booking process with no bags and they ask you again, if I remember correctly, and you can choose what you want. I always just take 1 large hold case for all of us.

I did this and booked the flights separately in the end. I think you can do it with them over the phone.

I think you just need to go a bit further after they try and sell you seats. We regularly take less bags than people and I've never had to phone.

You need to initially select just small cabin bag (the one that's free) and a few clicks later you can then add (a) larger cabin bag(s) and hold bag individually. It's really sneaky of Easyjet.

Yes select hand luggage only option for all tickets, then a few pages later you can then just add extra hand or hold baggage by individual numbers.

We have done so for next month as there’s 3 of us, but I wanted to add just 1 larger baggage ( for cabin size pram), and 1 check in suitcase. I don’t need 3 lots of each.
