Has anyone filled one out recently? I am having problems with

  1. the size of the photo. it states that the photo should be 45mm by 35mm. Would this be the physical photo or does it include edging?
  1. At the end f the form parent or guardian is asked to sign in box and state relationship to the applicant. There is no line to write relationship, does it go in box. also state s that it must be kept within the border??????

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SueW - Have just read the instructions {gag}.
The # after Father means you should only fill that bit in if the child is legitimate.

Moljam - the size of the child's face in the photo is very important. It might be worth paying a bit more and getting them done in a photo-studio that takes passport photos.

I'm going to put the reationship to child under the box too. I'm still not 100% sure this is right tho. Even just a semi-colon at that point would have made it clearer!

can i just also say that www.paspic.com are really brilliant. they check for you whether it is passport office compliant before you place the order and then manually check the printed version before dispatching it to you. if there is a problem they give you a ring and ask you to upload a new photo. the cost is the same price as a photo booth and no charge for postage and packing. i ordered mine at midday yesterday and had email from them saying photos posted to me at 1652 yesterday. arrived in post today. i know i sound a bit like i work for them but really i dont - im just relieved not to have to try and get my 15mth old DD to sit for a photo (tried in a booth once - £3.50 down the drain).....
