Paris on Boxing Day - will everything be shut?

I'm wanting to go to Paris for 3 days whilst I'm off work. 26th Dec to 28th Dec.
26th being Sunday Boxing Day. And 27th being the replacement Bank Holiday in the UK.

This was after I did a quick Google search which told me that France doesn't do Boxing Day so everything will operate as normal. Is this true?

I don't want to go all the way there just to find that everything is shut for 2 out of the 3 days that I'm there.

Yes, everything will be open as normal. However, some smaller restaurants might be shut if the owners want to be with their family or take time off.

@StrawberryShortcake01 I take it things like the Eiffel Tower and Louvre museum will definitely remain open?

The institutions themselves will know more than a random on the net.

Boxing Day doesn’t exist in France so it’s a normal day.

On the Louvre’s website:
Public holidays: the Louvre is closed on 1 January, 1 May and 25 December. It remains open on all other public holidays unless they fall on a Tuesday, the museum’s day of closure.

25th dec is a Sunday so in England 26th is bank holiday for Xmas day and 27th is Boxing Day holiday. Although the tower and the Louvre are open I’d be wary that shops and restaurants will be shut on 26th to make up for 25th falling at the weekend.

Things were open as normal on Xmas day when we went a few years ago, we had no trouble any day following that with things being shut. It's magical, enjoy!

FWIW employees here generally don't get days off in lieu to make up for Bank Holidays that fall on a weekend.

This year the 25th is on Sunday, so day off anyway.. as @StrawberryShortcake01 says the 26th isn't a holiday so so I'd expect restaurants, shops etc to be open on their normal schedule, though obviously it would be wise to check if someone has somewhere specific in mind.
