Going to NY, for two days, staying with family, then on to San fran for two weeks, stayting with family, then back to NY for a week.

Do I take 18mth old to airports in pushchair or in Ergo? If the Ergo, should I take the pushchair anyway or just ditch it altogether. Can buy a cheap one in San Fran if needed.

Its the airport that concerns me most, to be honest.

I would take a pushchair, because it's really useful if they're tired. You can take them right up to the gate these days, before they're taken away from you and put in the hold. So it's especially good if you have to turn up at the airport hours early and face killing time.

Bring the stroller (pushchair) When I fly I stroll it right through the gate and right before I get on the plane I check it in.

If you don't bring your stroller you can always buy an umbrella stroller for at $15.
