Hotels with villas

I'm looking to book a holiday for next year but want a 2 bed villa on a hotel complex. Or villas that share a pool so the kids will be able to make friends. Preferably 4 star and walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Two kids, 7 and 11 will be with us.
Has anyone got any recommendations please?
I need ideas for a summer holiday and a winter one.

Eden resort in Portigal is an apartment and villa complex. VRious catering options and 15 minute walk to Albufeira.

Monte Dorado in the Algarve. We're here atm. Not villas but we have a 2 bed superior apartment which is huge and there's 5 pools to choose from with only around 100 apartments. The town is full of bars and restaurants and only a 5-10 min walk away. Beach really close too. A fantastic place

I'd also recommend Martinhal in Sagres, Portugal. They have a range of accommodation choices, pools, restaurants, beach and a kids / teens club (or hangout area) right near the restaurant/bar/shop area.
