Holiday with little one

Hi currently on holiday with little one 11 months He has 5 start uva uvb suncream on and a uv suit, uv tent and umbrella. Suncream reapplied every hour or so. His arms seem to be going red no matter what I do😩he was in The sun this morning for 15 mins walking to shop but other than that he's been in the shade. Anyone any ideas?surely it can't be sunburn🥺

He may have a sun allergy, myself and dd2 have this, I take allergy meds which help a bit

@motogirl i think it's from his uv suit getting taken off when wet as when we stopped this it went away. Thanks for the reply tho😀
